"Perfect location for a family of 3!"

Amazing place! Close to the city centre, grocery shop, restaurants, bakeries, hot pool and beaches. We didn't mind a nice 10 minutes walk each day. Clean and comfortable, Robyn is the perfect host! Dear host, as a response to your comment, please note that my child was included in the reservation. You (or who ever manage this on your behalf) might need to put more attention when a reservation request come through. Regards.

The neighbor upstairs was extremely loud from very early in the morning.

"Great for short stay in the Mount"

Perfect location to stay in Mount Maunganui when planning to spend all day out and about. Handy to town and shops within walking distance. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were great.

Off road parking not included, but available for an extra cost. Plenty of parking available on the road.

"Very convenient location"

I one thing about the property was that it smelt of smoke both inside & outside not sure if previous tenant had been smoking or not but was very unpleasant

"The property was perfect for me for a short stay."

The property was clean & modern and close to the shops/cafes & the beach. The bed was very comfy!

It is a little bit noisy being on a main road and the walls are thin so you can hear people talking & moving around next door & upstairs.

"Pleasant"

TV was very hard to get to work, & we could not see news & sky sports.. Also you had to pay to parkyour car, otherwise it is free on the road. We are 75 & 81 & if it had been raining it would have been very unconfortable.
