The views are better than the phots and Dimitris is always available to help. 6 minutes to Kos town and close to several restaurants. The apartment is above the Baltic Beach restaurant with free sun beds. We ate the Restuarant several times and used the sunbeds. AB market shopping place about a 4 minute walk. We did not hire bikes but the town is cycle friendly. Impressed by locality and beautiful sea views. Incredibly affordable.

Addres needs to be precise 2 Kritias st Baltic Beach restaurant with free- this allows easy location for taxi and directions

We stayed there for a week. The view is as stunning as you can see from the pictures. The location is excellent with the beach a few steps from the door, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A clear recommendation.

Incredibile view. Loved having such a big terrace. A/C works very well in both bedroom and living room. It is just a 5/10 minute walk to downtown Kos.

Could use more utensils/pots and pans/large bowls in the kitchen.
