The location was excellent. They arranged a taxi for us that picked us up from the airport and took us to the apartment.

This was my 9th visit to Budapest, and it’s the first time I’ve been disappointed with an apartment I booked on Booking.com. The photos did not represent the actual apartment. The heating in the room with 4 beds was not working, and even though we informed the hosts, they said they would fix it, but it still didn’t work. Additionally, there weren’t enough sheets and towels for the 7 of us. We requested clean ones, but they didn’t provide any. We were 7 people with only 5 towels in total, and there were no hand towels or sufficient bath towels. The sofa in the kitchen was extremely dirty, and it was impossible for two people to sleep on it, which forced us to sleep 3 people in one bed. To top it off, the kitchen lacked basic utensils like knives and forks, so we had to eat breakfast in very inconvenient conditions. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience.

Difficult to find, communal area up to apartment is horrible , beds were basic poor matressses , paint and plaster hanging off walls building work to roof commencing at 7 am every morning, noisy street at front poor air con .

The flat is in a great location. It's just a 10-minute walk to the main attractions, and there's a supermarket and various stores nearby.

Let's go through this step by step. This is the dirtiest apartment we've ever stayed in. We had to clean the surfaces ourselves, yet there was still a lot of dust and cobwebs. The apartment is poorly maintained—parts of the walls are missing, the paint is very old and damaged, when you walk you can here the floor, when you open a room door you wake up everyone and anything broken is simply glued back together, not properly repaired. Old stuff like luggage and pillow were just behind the bed in a room on the floor???!! The kitchen lacks any complete sets of dishes; there are 20 old glasses, almost all different shapes, and the cutlery is old. There were no dishcloths or kitchen towels, so we had to buy our own. The AC barely works, and the WiFi is unstable. Towels we got were old and different. Overall, this is probably the worst apartment we've ever booked.

Location was great, space, Nespresso mashine. There are several Parking garages 5 min walk away, where you can park your car (and pay daily ticket).

In the living room in the corner part of the wall is without the paint, it fell of before, cca 20x30cm, and in one bedroom there is leaking stain, so I am not sure what hapens in winter or when it rains.. Beds are not comfy, but we walked all day and were prety tired at the end of it so managed to sleep well..

Very good location, big apartment, very nice landlord
