The apartment has major noise issues – the “doors” are extremely thin and have visible holes, offering no sound insulation. As a result, it was impossible for us to sleep properly during our stay due to constant noise from outside - such as motorcycles, gates, and people walking - which significantly amplified inside, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The main “doors” are taped, which worsens the noise situation. The listing does not accurately reflect these critical issues. After the first sleepless night, we asked the hosts to relocate us or refund the unused nights. Unfortunately, they refused, disregarding the video evidence we provided and claiming the noise was "normal." As experienced travelers from a major city, we can confidently say that such noise levels are not normal. Throughout all our travels, we have never encountered a situation where we were physically unable to rest due to the conditions of the accommodation. This property is not suitable for guests seeking a basic level of comfort, especially for proper rest. We sincerely hope that Booking.com will review this listing carefully, as it currently misleads travelers about the actual living conditions.

Nestled in a serene location, the B&B offers stunning views of the surrounding area, making it an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind. The rooms are impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated, with cozy touches that reflect the personality of the hosts. I will be back on my next work trip. Thanks
