I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The place is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Every detail from the cozy rooms to the relaxing outdoor spaces was thoughtfully prepared for comfort and relaxation. Roy was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I left with amazing short experience and a heart full of gratitude. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special stay!

Roy aka Derick is an excellent host. Friendly, caring and always willing to do everything he can to make his guests happy. He is also very honest and can help in many cases - even where you wouldn't expect it straight away. You just have to ask him! I could have saved myself a lot of research if I'd had the idea of simply asking Roy first. Tip: Ask him, for example, how much a tuktuk (bajaji) to the city center currently costs. Then you won't be ripped off by the drivers and the quiet location of the apartment won't become a cost factor. Roy is also a petrolhead & biker. Unfortunately, I only found this out on the last day. So if you have the same hobby, you're in good hands here. Roy also offers tours, which he accompanies himself if time is available, otherwise he works with partners. He will put together options for you based on YOUR possibilities and can also give you important tips. For example, which safari (which park) is worthwhile at which time - or not. Depending on what you want to see. For people for whom security is important: the grounds are equipped with cameras, there's a big gate to the inner courtyard and barbed wire on the walls all around. Plus Dogs behind the house. A generator is available in case of a power cut. In the future, solar panels will provide silent energy. Roy dreams big. He has visions, ideas and enthusiasm. And that makes him very likeable. There are plans to create a chill-out area and restaurant on the rooftop. And the building's area is to be beautifully green. The apartment: Beautifully thought out and beautifully done! Here, too, there are many details that show Roy's aspirations. Modern living room, themed decorations, indoor plants... See photos. We felt very, very comfortable here. That's why we extended. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle and gas stove.

As most guests do not cook for themselves but eat out, the kitchen is rather spartanly equipped. However, this will be changed once the kitchen has been renovated :-)
