"Wonderful stay and owner is lovely"

The owner was lovely and couldn't do enough for us,felt like nothing was roo much trouble. We will be xoming again definitely and we would highly recommend this place.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay any longer.! Xx

Warm lovely welcome from host gave us all information Should be called little house on the retreat Other places looked awesome with hot tubs We had a tour Loved smeg appliances and Tom Dixon bathroom 20min walk to pub on riverbank and 1 mile walk to town garden was lovely estate grounds are beautiful took some great photos in nature reserve bird hide definitely booking again

"tranquility and instant calm for those hard workers"

Serene views, incredibly friendly host, tranquil surroundings! Whether you’re booking for work or pleasure this is the place. Stayed in the lovely little house which is cosy and delightful. After an early start working a local antiques fair it was great to put your feet up and take in the views out the window of sunset. The host was so helpful advising on local places, walks and made sure our stay was comfortable. Great price for location too
