unclean bedrooms, toilets, staff weren’t too helpful

Hostel is placed near city center alonside train station

place is filthy, beds are crawling with bedbugs, i saw how housemaid killed mouse with her shoe, be besahhets were dirty. Voice of tone of people virking here is angry, they dont speak eglish, so dont expect any support or explanations from them.

It was terribly unsanitary.Broken bedding, dirt in the bathroom.Insects biting in bed.Cancel the contract because it's a terrible hotel

The staff was nice and friendly - even though the guy who checked me in didn’t speak a word in English. He was patient and friendly.

BED BUGS and MOLD Right behind the bedrooms there are showers and toilets with no windows, so it‘s smelly and moldy in the bedroom area. Also I found bed bugs in my bed, so I left the hostel the same day again and did NOT sleep there. Don’t trust the pictures. It looks totally different.

Absolutely nothing, This should not be called a hotel

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING, they had no dressing room, THE SMELL OF MOISTURE IN THE BATHROOM WAS FATAL AND THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE THAT.
