The room was just passable

This was truly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Ive never experienced such rude staff. The check in process was a nightmare. The deposit was difficult. The pool was locked. English was non existent even though it says it on booking. They even tried to charge 10% for pillows. We left early to a much nicer hotel. Should be removed from bookings website.
