Wiele małych usterek: rączka od lodówki odpada, światło w sypialni trzeba wciskać siłą aby się załączyło, drzwi od łazienki blokują się przy próbie wyjścia. Przy -10°C na zewnątrz kaloryfery zakręcone tak, że w mieszkaniu panowało rześkie 17-18°

La ubicación está muy bien. La casa es bastante acogedora y dispone de todo lo necesario. Por lo general muy contentos con la estancia.

La limpieza se debería mejorar. En la cocina, estaban sucios los cacharros, los cubiertos, platos y vasos. También estaba sucio el escurre platos, lo tuvimos que fregar bien para quitarle toda la suciedad. Además, la puerta del baño se quedaba atrancada y no abría bien, estaría genial si lo pudiesen arreglar. El manillar de la nevera también estaba un poco deteriorado.

Для відпочинку - дуже зручне місце розташування . Невеличка квартира для сімейного відпочинку , є усі необхідні зручності. Нам сподобалось.

4-й поверх (3-e piéntro) - на відпочинку трохи зависоко підійматись без ліфта

Очень хорошее расположение. Хорошо то что две раздельные комнаты. Вообще все было хорошо, но ремонт требует квартира.

Требуется ремонт, так как все очень пользованное.

Месторасположение замечательное. Разрешили заселиться пораньше. Раздельные спальни. Все что надо для проживания. Правда не очень чисто, но это не было для нас критично, т.к. цена за такие апартаменты была очень привлекательной.

Понравилось практичечки всё Квартира почти во вчё отличнейшая за такую цену 100%

Окна сквозят (ну если самим чтото положить на окно из одежды то проблема исчезает )
