Over all is bad experience on this hotel.. Never Recommend to Travelers. Room is no bed side table and no chair in room . Towel is in floor and cracks in walls and room Smells Ridiculous. Can’t stay there even one Minute. Waist money is Stay This Hotel .. I submit room pictures With my Review.

Never Recommend to Travelers.

Nothing.

Dirty, unsafe and uncomfortable. Room was filthy, parking was dodgy to say the least (£10 at desk to park in car park belonging to church?) and room stank of smoke. Did not end up staying the night and found alternative accommodation. - no fire safety information in room - bedding was incredibly poor quality and dirty - mattress was rock hard and could feel springs - window slats were filthy - door did not close securely - floor had not been hoovered - strong smell of cigarette smoke in room - did not meet photos advertised on website - car parking was not advertised correctly on website - receptionist needs to work on customer service skills I would like a refund.

The location

The wifi hardly worked in my room. If you wanted someone to stay with you you had too pay an extra £20 per night which I did for 2 nights but my friend didn't end up staying and when I asked for a refund I was told I couldn't have one

Was close to town centre but was extremely noisy

The beds the bedding cheap pillows they advertise free WiFi which doesn't work in all rooms. When I asked to change rooms they said they would let me know in the morning but never did. I was there for 2 weeks and asked everyday. Also had to pay extra for a friend to stay for 2 nights in my room but she couldn't make it so when I asked for a refund I was told no

I didn't like that it got shut down due to fire regulations and we all had too leave at 7pm at night and try to find somewhere else
