White Swan Cottage

Little things such as milk, bread, and cereals that were left for us were fantastic. My children loved the cakes left too! Cottage was really clean, lots of towels etc. Location was amazing, also very quiet as it was off the street. Private garden was a great bonus, loads of space for the kids to run around.

On the Sunday night the heating system made a tapping noise all night! A couple of small side tables that could be moved around living room to put drinks on while sat down would have been good. The bathroom is downstairs, which I know can't be helped but I did worry about my youngest going to the loo in the night not knowing where she was, but other than that it was a great!

It was my second visit to the cottage this year . Love the location Great to have garden space

Lovely private garden spaces. Great location. Very clean and comfortable, especially the bedrooms. Thoughtful complimentary items. Well stocked everyday items.

Although the decor is a little tired, it didn't impact on our enjoyment of the cottage. If it was done up to high spec it would be stunning but out of our price range. Keep it as it is 😁

Spacious and comfortable for our party of 4. The enclosed garden was great for our dog. Property right in the heart of Alnwick, handy for everything, and no need to drive. Castle 5 minute walk

I think the property could do with another bathroom. Appreciate it s an old cottage, and we managed, but we were family. It might have been different if crowd of friends.

We were self catering, fantastic location

There were damp patches in the bedroom and wallpaper peeling off. The shower was also only Luke warm.
