So many to describe, poor for everything, we stay 3 night been change room 4 times how worst the experience u can tell yourself

property so dirty.. lizard poop was everywhere.. air conditioner got dust till drop to the bed. bed smell like budu , i think the bedsheet not change at all. got candy rubbish at kids area. not get enough pillow in room, when ask need to ask twice. so slow. broken plug in the room. need to call mantainance at night. very bad.

The junior suite. Theres no tv. SHOULD INSTALL A TV. Kids gets bored no tv in the room. Asek dok ajak keluar je bila nak rehat. Lagi memenatkan parents. Katil budak mkan banyak space. Org badan kecik pun susah nak lalu,ini kan bdan besar nak lalu?? Sempit gila. Takan tiap kali nk lalu kene pijak tilam bwah kot? Kotor lah tilam. Tak kene concept nya tu.
