-the location is perfect! nice view (but my room view blocked by one big coconut tree). -the building looked nice from outside with clean white

This4-star accommodation is unacceptable, featuring filthy, spider-webbed, and dusty surfaces—including a contaminated bedside chair causing discomfort & itchy—alongside a dirty bathroom mirror and an unusable mini-fridge.

We liked the location. Close to Merang Ferry Terminal for those planning to go to Redang. Generally Quiet. Beautiful view from the sea facing rooms.

Beach not accessible, unable to swim in the sea. This could be because of the time of year (March) Room was not spotless. Sand on the floor, balcony window was dirty. Not enough space for clothes (needs a small wardrobe). Swimming bands which have to be collected from the reception daily, or any time you remove them, so this could be multiple times a day (absurd)! Screaming kids in the corridor at 5am! No option for western breakfast!
