Convenient location.. has what you need in house for use.

Too much day light in morning coming in .. need blinds on kitchen window and back door, would benefit from curtains in bedroom as well. Also need to change rug in lounge it was a major trip hazard. Furniture could be placed better Your television is rather high on wall we had sore necks from watching.

The cottage was one of, if not the, cleanest stays we have had in a while. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting friends but on oir "exploring day", it was perfectly located to drive all over D&G.

The only thing I had an issue with was the hob. We were just frying onions and the alarm went off three times - and nothing was even burning, the kitchen was just small, and the heat detector close to the cooking area (which has no extractor fan).. The cottage has beautiful high ceilings which were a slight issue for reaching the alarm to hold the button to stop the alarm. This isnt even a real gripe as it can be worked around by eating out and supporting the local economy.

Beautiful cottage, lovely living room that led into a long kitchen. Lovely bedroom, sofa bed. Didnt use garden as winter but looked lovely. Ideal location to town. Was a short notice because of unfortunate circumstances but still relaxed and enjoyed stay in Cottage

Spotless, clean and close to Annan centre and a lovely walk by the river. Very comfy bed. Lovely bedding.

Good location for the town centre and easily accesssible dog walks with easy on street parking

Everything was perfect. Comfortable and cosy. Spotlessly clean and everything you could want or need. We got there during the storm on Friday and it was a pleasure when we opened the door and went in. PERFECT. Thankyou.

Compact cottage, - clean, tidy, pretty and comfortable. Great area for walks. Excellent communication from owner.
