Ate in the restaurant very small portions high prices

Brilliant location, good parking

Not much outside space ,restricted menu and expensive

Central location with parking. Lovely housekeeper who rectified all the faults she was able to sort out for us.

Remote check-in, no front of house, room small and very warm, thick and heavy duvet, no way to turn towel rail off or down. Admittedly we stayed during the heatwave but it was forecast. No signage from room to Galley Room.

Lovely location very comfortable

Very central, lovely dinning room, nice lounge for meeting friends, lovely friendly staff.

Very comfortable, quiet, and perfect location in the centre of Topsham. The beds in particular are extremely comfortable. It is also very thoughtful to have a separate breakfast room available for guests to use.

There is nothing to dislike. One small problem (which could easily be resolved) is that the shower head in the bathroom was slipping and needed to be tightened up.
