Hotel SUI

The room was tudy and clean. The food served was tasty. The staff were courteous and soft spoken. We enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. It is good for family.

The location is near fancy bazar which is congested but you get to see the market and the things being offered here.

Higher level management not taking care of service and staff Staff training, like that of chefs and Housekeepers is required

The easy access to daily needs like the departmental store just the building next to this hotel. And also the restaurant, food was great and prices are reasonable.

Although its a new hotel, the housekeeping staff need to do a little better. Post housekeeping, there are still some hair strands here and there. The bedsheet linen was also not changed since we kept the bed clean and neat. It shouldn’t be that way, in my opinion. Otherwise, everything else was good
