The road into property was a hair raising trip and driveway entrance needs to be widened as difficult to enter/ egress property

Amazing food and scenario, huge pool and stylish house. Pretty garden, nice stuff

L’emplacement est ouf. Tout était top. Une oasis de verdure. L’accès est une aventure à lui seul. Même notre taxi a halluciné, il prenait des photos et on a failli partir dans le vide. Et au retour c’est la patronne qui nous descendu notre guide n’a pas voulu monter. Voilà vous êtes prévenu. Mais l’hôtel peut venir vous chercher gratuitement à Amed. Sans aucun doute le plus bel et paisible endroit de notre voyage de 3 semaines

It has potential, but there’s still a lot of work to be done even though the place is fairly new.

Beautiful location, but the road getting there is a disaster. We asked to be picked up by taxi upon arrival, but no taxi showed up. The hotel didn’t answer the phone, so we had to arrange our own transportation. No apology. We were promised an NMax scooter would be available when we arrived — it wasn’t. Calling the hotel a “luxury villa” is quite an exaggeration. The bed was rock hard with worn-out bed linen. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and no matter how much we flushed, the smell remained. The towels were thin and torn. Even though the hotel is fairly new, it already feels very worn down. The pool was full of dead black caterpillars, and the sofas by the pool were dirty. On two occasions we ordered room service but had to go to the restaurant ourselves to pick up the food. There was plenty of staff, yet they seemed completely disengaged. We spoke with guests in a neighboring villa, and they also felt the hotel had many shortcomings. Considering the price, we expected much more. We barely even received a goodbye when we left.

The villas are beautiful and very comfortable and spacious.

The pool looks stunning however do not put your head under the water especially if you are blonde as I came out with seaweed green hair even after using specialised swimming pool hair protectant and clarifying shampoo designed for taking green out of hair. It took me two salon visits lots of hours and $$$ to get my hair back to normal. Advised the manager of the property who didn’t give a rats arse!!! very rude Manager Elena, no customer service at all. Also the restaurant is very limited and a bit hit and miss, some dishes were great and some not great. There isn’t anywhere else to eat close by so bear it in mind if you are there for a few days. The road to the villas is pretty rugged and not for the faint hearted. It’s a long way from anything if you want to venture out, the beach isn’t as close and it looks and is full of litter.

Hold op en udsigt derop til og i villaen - virkeligt anderledes. Så flotte villaer bygget i bambus - imponerende. Vandautomat. Skøn restaurant man kan spise på hele dagen og de søde piger - tager i mod gæster, laver mad og slæber med vores kuffert. Bil der kører os rundt i Amed området og henter os igen når vi vil hjem. Så smart at de bruger Whats App til al kommunikation. De var søde at sende info til os ang vejen derop INDEN vi kom med vores egen taxa.

Vi blev noget overrasket over hvor dårlig vejen derop var (7min i bil) og det blev vores taxa chauffør også og han ville ikke hente os igen - med mindre vi blev kørt ned til hovedvejen- da vejen er meget ujævn, hullet og ikke god ved biler. Kunne være rart at vide inden man booker og at de så får lavet vejen da det er et skønt sted.

this place is fantastic fully immersed into the Bali nature and lifestyle great view the hospitality of the people was warming and welcoming

my only suggestion is to provide proper pillows for the beds and not cushions

Tout était top, l'accueil, le service, la nourriture et le cadre exceptionnel.Des constructions en bambous entourées d'une végétation luxuriante avec une vue mer, tout simplement magnifique? la communication avec la propriétaire des lieus à été excellente elle nous a aidé à organiser le transport pour arriver à l'établissement et nous à tres bien accueillie. Petit plus compris dans le prix, un chauffeur pour descendre sur Amed, un scooter à disposition et des transats Lipah Beach.

l'accès à l'établissement qui est situé sur flanc de montagne, le chemin qui y mène est assez chaotique, mais c'est la prix à payer pour accéder à ce lieu qui est exceptionnel.
