L’appartement est beau, moderne, très propre, et très bien équipé. La vue est magnifique et c’est super de pouvoir marcher longuement le long de la mer. Les lits sont également très confortables

La construction qui est autour est pénible. Les chambres et la salle de bain principale sont tellement proches de l’autre immeuble en construction il faut garder les toiles fermées pour avoir de l’intimité. Personne n’ira sur les balcons des chambres pour sur! Malgré le fait qu’en kilomètres vous soyez près de Porto, la circulation est très dense et il faut au minimum 30 minutes pour s’y rendre. Mais ça se fait très bien en Uber il faut juste le prévoir.

- Le bruit des travaux dès 7h15 - La poussière sur les fenêtres - Des centipèdes retrouvés à deux reprises ( certainement du aux travaux qui entourent l'appartement ) - Obligé de fermer les rideaux la journée pour avoir un peu d'intimité lors des travaux - Les vues sur les constructions depuis toutes les fenêtres sauf une, celle de l'annonce ! - La mauvaise foi du représentant de la conciergerie qui nous a indiqué lors de notre arrivée pour nous rassurer face a notre stupéfaction qu'aucun travaux n'aura lieu le week end du 15 aout, que l'annonce avait été enlevée puis remise car il n'y avait pas de travaux l'été et qui en a profité pour nous glisser que nous pouvions passer en direct et sans frais supplémentaires sur les nombreuses autres locations qu'il propose en agence pour les prochaines fois. Une note avait été ajoutée sur l'annonce quelques semaines avant notre arrivée alors que nous avions réservé depuis début 2024 soit un peu tardif pour trouver un plan B, celle ci indiquait que quelques travaux avaient lieu mais nous ne nous n'attendions pas à ce niveau là. De plus, au vu de l'avancé des travaux, ils ont débuté il y a un moment !

The location is the best. The only problem - which is out of the owner's hands - is that a new apartment is being built next door. With time, this will get quieter, but for now, unfortunately, it is not the greatest place if you want to sleep later than 7h30 (or later if you do not have a problem with the noise). The sunset view over the sea is amazing, the building is clean and Tatiana was very accommodating with arrival and leaving times. We would love to stay longer or get a place in that area.

There is nothing much bad to say. There is only the noise from the works next door, where apartment flats are being built. The apartment is great for a short stay, outside of the busy Porto's downtown. The beach in front can also have some wind from the north (as all Portugal's beaches in the north), but that does not affect the indoors, which are great.

This apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation; it is very quiet and peaceful despite the ongoing construction. The building has all the necessary amenities, and there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

there's nothing I didn't like about it

Very comfortable spacious and clean apartment supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view over the Atlantic with the setting sun from the main balcony. Beaches a few minutes walk away but not suitable for swimming due to strong waves. There is extensive building going on around the area during daytime at the moment but the apartment is well sound proofed and there is no work in the evening or at night time. Otherwise it is a very quiet area. We used Bolt to get to and from central Porto with costs going from €5’to €15 depending on car size and how busy things were.

Nothing

We were going through a lot during our stay. A family member was unexpectedly hospitalized in Porto. It was nice to get out of the city at night and relax with the ocean breeze. Walking on the beach paths in the morning was peaceful, stopping along the way with many cafes. The apartment provided everything you need including a Wonderful ocean view, clean, safe and great staff. Lots of space, great for couples or family.

Unfortunately, we were unaware there is significant construction in the area. The construction was right next to the unit. If you don’t like to get up early 8am or loud noise, this is not for you. Evenings and weekends is quiet and peaceful. However, seems to be a ton of traffic after dark; people parking in the dark, in the open fields beside building, not sure what’s up with that. 😉
