"Well located and well fitted, good value"

Great little base in Ioannina near the bus station and main town centre. Cozy is right, not a big space but offered all we needed including a washing machine, good kitchen facilities, nice bedroom. Recommend to a couple travelling on a budget.
Lacking a living room, and outdoor area is overgrown. But for the price, this is understandable.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή. Και ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκριθηκε στις ανάγκες μας και μας εξυπηρετήσε. Οι φωτογραφίες αντικατοπτρίζουν σωστα το σπίτι.
Ολα ηταν μια χαρά. Δεν είχα καποιο παράπονο.

Izuzetno malo kupatilo, nemoze prosecni muskarac da se istusira. Izuzetno jak miris plina ili necega slicno u hodniku. Centralno grejanje jako slabo, radilo je od 19 do 22 casa.

Ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης, με άμεση πρόσβαση στην αγορά, στα καφέ, στα εστιατόρια. Ήταν καθαρό κ ήσυχο.
Είναι παλιάς κατασκευής και σίγουρα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση.
