It was clean.

I fell asleep with makeup on. Got a message with a picture of "what marks is this". I explained. Next message is "can't get marks out completely. ??? Do I buy another pillow case? I've never had this happen to me. The accomodation is sub standard as a B n B. It is a room, in someone's backyard, should be hired out as a flatlet. Never ever going back there.
