Close to train station, historic centre and marina. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet at night. Private.

Kitchen not well equipped. Pots and pans and cutlery, but no chopping board or knives. Biggest problem was only one set of keys which you need to take with you. Couldn’t work out entry system. Address on booking.com and meeting instructions on website is not correct!! It was round the corner and not specified by agency so we almost missed our check in

We booked for 2 nights and arrived around 2 AM due to a major flight delay. Communication prior to check-in was fine, but once we received the keys, the agency completely stopped responding except for one message sent at 8:00 the next morning. After barely 8 hours in the apartment, the only contact we received was a message asking what time we’d be leaving and reminding us to check out by 10:00 the following day and to clean everything we had used. This felt rushed, impersonal, and frankly, unwelcoming especially considering how tired we were from travel. I replied, hoping to get a response or at least some courtesy but never heard back. Sadly, it left us feeling more like a burden than guests. I sincerely hope future guests are treated with more care and consideration. The only reason why we are giving a 3 is because location is decent...

The place was extremely outdated compared to the pictures shown in the listing. Around half of the electrical outlets in the flat didn’t work. While there was a nice gas stove, there were no kitchenware or utensils provided to actually use it. Several lights were malfunctioning, and although the windows had a rounded, factory-style design, the curtains were broken. We had to stand on a chair to try and close them for privacy while sleeping which still didn’t fully solve the issue. The staircase was dangerously narrow and steep completely unsuitable for families with children or for anyone carrying luggage. It felt unsafe to lift a 20kg suitcase up or down those stairs. The worst part, however, was the bathroom. We were only there for 32 hours, but the shower drain was completely blocked. After a few minutes of showering, water rose to mid-calf level. The bathroom itself was filthy like something out of a horror movie. The lightbulbs were flickering, the shower handle was broken, and we found long, thick black hairs floating in the bath. To be clear my partner is blonde, and this was clearly from previous guests. Absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning unit in the living room had a hole around it, and the walls were stained, cracked, and dirty. Despite reporting all of this to the property management, no one responded to our messages at all. The welcome message proudly stated that the unit is managed by “W0nderful 1taly,” which claims to be the largest rental agency in Italy. If that’s the case, I strongly advise others to remember that name and avoid their properties unless you’re okay with being left alone in unsanitary conditions, with no support. To make matters worse, we were charged a €40 "extra" late check-in fee, because after 11pm is extra extra.

I didn't find wonderful Italy very helpful or responsive at all. Wrong address given and I wouldn't have known until I phoned them with a different query as we were trying to check in!

Clean, spacious apartment with modern bathrooms and a nice patio with lots of sun in the afternoon. Felt very safe and secure, good area walking distance from bars and restaurants. It was also great to have a secure parking spot inside the property gates!

One set of keys for a two bedroom is not enough, especially as the keys are needed for the lights to work and to get in/out of the two gates, so everyone had to leave together which restricted our freedom. Also, the management company was a bit chaotic and spammed us with nonsensical messages across platforms, but the man who checked us in was very kind and gave us great recommendations. Lastly, the address listed is not the actual entrance - that is around the corner. But, the apartment itself was lovely and we enjoyed our time there.
