Perfect location right in the heart of the old town

I loved the design of the place, the location is great. The only thing that is important to know is that the hotel is located inside a restaurant.

Location

The toilet on the ground floor overflowed on the very first day and there was a swimming pool in the entire room. Our bags got damaged, clothes were absolutely destroyed and there was a disgusting stench. My family of five had to sit outside in the excruciating heat for four hours while the incapable owner tried to call some other incompetent plumber to fix the issue. Why not fix your broken toilet before putting it up for rent?? The owner was not apologetic or did not even compensate or offer to relocate us to another property. We were so inconvenienced but they did nothing to comfort us. I requested Booking.com to refund my money because we didn't even get to rest in the property for even one hour and this menace happened. I truly hope nobody stays here again and goes through the hell that we went through until the owner takes full responsibility of fixing all issues. I also please request a full refund of my money for this property.

Excellent location in the centre of the historic old town within easy walking distance from the port.

There were no real negatives except the air-con stopped working in the upstairs rooms
