"Great! Something like an insiders´ tip."

We had a great stay. The appartment seems to be remote in a little industrial area. But you have immediate access to really nice hiking trails to Rio di Molini or to La Roca viewpoint. You look upon a dry river bed with brushes and, being in second floor, can easily ventilate your rooms. Nice and relaxed walk to the lake. Gabriele is very attentive. When we decided to invite our son over, he quickly brought more linnen. Thank you!

Mellow noise from a road, but shutting the window and ventilating from the living space resolves the problem.
