the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the property was very private and the location was great. Close to the attraction area but still distant enough for a quiet time.

Geniale Lage, nur 10-15min zu Fuss nach Mykonos Stadt. Gemütliches Frühstück. Zimmer wurden immer gut gereinigt, tolle und leise Klimaanlage.

In die Jahre gekommen, Pool war nicht sauber, einige Sachen waren kaputt. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten.

Panorama meraviglioso e Posizione strategica: a fianco all’albergo c’è una stradina con scale che porta direttamente giù in città!

L’unico dettaglio è la colazione che parte dalle 9.00 del mattino fino alle 12.00 - oltre al fatto che potrebbe essere piú “ricca”- un po’ tardi che se magari si vuole andare presto verso spiagge lontane si fa un po’ tardi!

Location was great, a 10 min walk down the hill into Mykonos town, hot tub on the terrace was a bonus, excellent breakfast with great variety, helpful staff

Smart Lighting panel in the room didn’t work properly .. sometimes simple switches are better… Gym needs refurbishment

The resort is located where wind is really strong. Also, pool was not as clean as I expected to be due to windy weather again

We had a great 3 night stay at Balius. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. Communication with the staff prior to our arrival was great also. The view from the private pool was amazing especially around sunset. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return to Mykonos

The pool could have been cleaner and we did report that the safe wasn’t working on our first night and this wasn’t fixed the next day as promised however I didn’t chase it again so not a major deal
