A vista é muito bonita, conseguíamos veros moinhos e o Porto. Quando chegamos foi-nos oferecido um upgrade de quarto, o que nos agradou bastante. O funcionário da recepção foi muito atencioso e profissional e procurou atender todos os nossos pedidos com rapidez e profissionalismo, até tratou do aluguer de carro por nós.

The concierge staff was OUTSTANDING! Very helpful and responsive.

Les femmes de ménage en revanche , je sais même avec un pourboire de cinq euros, il m’arrivait toujours pas à sourire

The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, and super kind. The room looked just like on the pictures, and the location was amazing, far away from the center to have peace, but just 10 minutes walked from the main city centre.

The bar/restaurant was still being constructed, which means there was no option of eating or drinking at the resort. This also means that breakfast was being delivered from some outside restaurant and was usually cold by the time it got here. This will probably be resolved soon though.
