Tolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Personal, wie auch die Besitzer sind sehr nett und helfen in jeder Situation .

Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating as soon as we arrived. We even got upgraded to a bigger room which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was great and the hotel had everything you needed. Truly an enjoyable stay. Just a shame we were only here for a few nights.

The location was so perfect and the neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. All the staff were so sweet and helpful. We were very sad to leave!

I couldn’t fault it in any way, the staff were always willing to to help, just one little thing the showers in room could have been a little larger to cater for bigger people, but a real wow of a place, “would go back tomorrow”

This hotel is excellent the staff are so attentive and helpful without being intrusive the location is central to everything in Bitez the pool is spotless breakfast is plentiful

Our only comment was that you needed a small drying rack on the balcony

Best hotel in bitez, Stunning decor and the pool is fab! staff are so welcoming and all amazing. best stay !!
