"After 10year of travel by far the most unhuman place I've been"

I didn't stay in tha place. The place was discussed. There is a smell over the whole place. No toilet paper No place to charge a phone or get electricity in the room. I had to leave the place before staying there as an emergency for health and safety

Bookings.com took my money immediately instead of the offer of 24 Jan for my booking in the Manila Bay Sheraton and it stuffed us up I chose the forward option and was NOT given it WE WILL NEVER EVER USE Bookings.com AGAIN
