El baño olía un poco a caño pero era aceptable

The staff were excellent—nothing but praise for them. They were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum.

La struttura è bellissima molto curata nei minimi dettagli e la stanza era pulita e molto bella.

L'acqua della doccia era fredda, alcuni dosatori del bagnoschiuma rotti e un asciugamano era sporco.

The hotel has a good design and is well located for Tulum centre. Helpful staff

Overall the hotel was scruffy, and some design elements didnt really work. Breakfast was poor, even if served with a smile.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the staff really felt more like family not just a staff friendly talkative. I really enjoyed the vibe in the energy of everybody working there.

I only have one complaint and it’s minor upstairs. The Internet is not as good and it forced me to be out of my room which I should not stay 95% of the time in my room, but I am a hobbit lol so I was downstairs quite a bit and I don’t regret it because like I said, I enjoyed talking with the staff and then also I enjoyed talking with the other guest. I met people from Germany and Argentina and Mexico City and it was just a vibe of chill definitely middle-age people which I totally enjoy because I’m middle aged myself lol I’m 52 but it wasn’t that young hostel vibe so again I really enjoyed it.

El clima en la suite que me toco demasiado pequeño y fueron dos noches poco incómodas para dormir ,demasiados mosquitos también
