Our stay was cancelled on the day of our scheduled arrival with the property having issues with plumbing which we had not been informed prior to our arrival and we were also unable to make the proper arrangements to change/cancel our stay because of this. The owner also stopped answering our calls when they informed us that there were issues and offered no alternatives.
