Buona posizione per raggiungere le spiagge di balos, efalonissi, falassarna e a 30 minuti da chania. Struttura molto silenziosa e rilassante perché vicino al mare e lontano da strade trafficate

Pulizia delle camere appena sufficiente. Gli asciugamani andrebbero cambiati ogni giorno e non quando capita e non ti rifanno mai il letto. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e non c’è nulla per appoggiare le proprie cose.

Top Lage in direkter Strandnähe. Wir hatten den Strand in der Hochsaison fast für uns allein und zwei Tavernen in wenigen Laufminuten. Mit einem Mietwagen waren wir flexibel.

Stuff was helpfully and attentive to requests. Breakfast was plenty full and had variety, nothing fancy though.

The location was perfekt, peaceful as we desired. Very friendly staff especially then cleaning & reception.

Extremely crowded at weekend, since people from outside could use the swimming pool. Kids was all over the place with their food almost inside the pool. The shore which is couple of steps away is very beautiful, but the shallow water and the sharp rocks in water (not the stones), made it impossible to swim even with swimming slippers/shoes The rooms was very good, but it would have been good with any shelf in the wc to place att least the toothbrush. The shower had no hanger so you had to hold it the whole time. A shower curtain would be fine as well. Small adjustments which would improve the treat. The restaurant meals below the average. We ordered pizza, it seemed like frozen pizza with some fresh toppings, the salad even worst :(

Comfortable beds, nice view

Our check-in was at 2 AM, so we had no choice but to sleep that night in sheets that were yellowed and had other people’s hair on them. We reported this the next day, and thankfully the bedding was changed. Out of the four nights we stayed, on two of them we had no hot water. Taking a cold shower might be bearable for some — but not for everyone. Perhaps the most frustrating issue was the extremely thin walls. Every morning between 7 and 7:30 AM, we were woken up by our neighbor speaking loudly on the phone or watching TV. Even that, I was willing to overlook — until last this. We were already asleep when, around 1 AM, the same neighbor started talking on the phone again and woke us up. This went on for about an hour. And of course, the next morning we were woken up once more. To add to all of this, the toilet was not clean, and the bathroom had a constant smell of cigarette smoke, most likely coming from the ventilation system.

I liked everything - the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the quietness, the pool area with the possibility of buying drinks and snacks at the bar, very close to the sea and several tavernas on the seashore with excellent Greek cuisine

Our first room (number 6) had a distinct smell, and i believe they were aware of this as it was very strong. They did let us change rooms to one without any smell so they solved our problem, but I did not like that they tried putting us there. Felt like an attempt to get away with it, i would close this room or refurbish it if i was them.
