Strategica la posizione, vicino alla stazione centrale di Reggio, vicino ai giardini, e praticamente sulla via principale di negozi e pedonale Corso Garibaldi.

Anche se la doccia era grande, ma posizionata in modo tale che era difficoltoso entrare, a causa delle ridottissime dimensioni del bagno.
