Everything was close to hand. The caravan was clean.

very good location,,,,nice and relaxing

caravan had no nets or curtains in the living area,,, just had tinsel all around ,,looked tacky ,,the sun was beaming thru ever morning ,,and no privacy at night time,,,,,,also the shower was freezing ,kept going cold,,,,,,although the beds were comfy,,,,decent kitchen area ,,,,cushions on sofa abit uncomfortable

The only thing going for the property was the location in relation to the Promenade But we were driving so made absolutely no difference.

It was situated directly outside the back entrance to the club house so music and drunk loud people til late at night just outside the window. The caravan was very old fashioned, dirty, smelly and smelt of pets. Mattress on double bed was a disaster. My daughter & her boyfriend had that for the 1st of 4 nights. They went back home after one night because of the bed and state of caravan. My 14 yr old went with them because she has fur allergies and was run down after one night on the grotty sofa. Stains on all cushions, walls dirty & had strange stains including on bedroom wall. Outside the toilet waste pipe leaked and stank. Filth everywhere. Me & my 6yr old left after night 2 of 4 and went to a local camp site instead. That’s how bad it was. We could’ve hired a Luxe 3 bed van for just £105 more but I thought we’d give an independent owner a go. Big mistake. The two rooms were so dirty and tiny. Mattresses are as old as Netflix most likely. My sister hires out caravans in wales and was disgusted and furious when I showed the photos. I could go on but just can’t be bothered. It’s a 0/10 from us. Can only add 4 pics unfortunately, you’ll just have to make your own mind up

The property was accommodation for us to stay in and sleep

The property itself was durable for us to stay in to some the appearance of the caravan was extremely poor condition and the standard of cleanness was not great

The fridge and microwave was clean

The full caravan was dirty, thick layer of dust el, food crumbs and left overs everywhere, the sofas where disgusting, covered in muck and very uncomfortable. Had 5 people booked to stay but they only provided 3 towels, not enough supplies in the kitchen, 1 breakfast bowl to share between 5 is not adequate. Thick cob webs in the bedrooms, under one of the beds was full of old sweets. Empty sanitary product wrappers down the side of another. I had to scrub the kitchen before I could make some food, with dried food, breadcrumbs and tea spilt over the sides and down the cupboards. Hadn't been hoovered or cleaned at all. The grill pan was still left with fat and food remains in it, a wool cloth over the table which had food stuck all over it.... was absolutely disgusting and it ruined our trip away

It was dirty and uncomfortable. Blood stains on duvet cover no closures on it 2 mugs one was chipped. Seating scruffy and uncomfortable. Toenail on carpet. No plug for bathroom sink. No heavy curtains in lounge area. Oven uneven so cooking difficult. Net curtains scruffy. Windows filthy. Tv screen filthy. Hoover not that powerful. No mop available. Plastic on toilet hinge broken. Owner did not respond to my last message. No welcoming pack. If this was my rental I would be ashamed 😔
