Parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura che di notte si chiude con il cancello. Camera pulita. Disponibilità di cialde per il caffè e di qualche prodotto preconfezionato per la colazione.

La struttura si trova nella zona industriale di Lamezia e seppure molto vicina all'autostrada, per raggiungere il centro storico o qualsiasi ristorante è necessaria l'auto.

ho amato il parcheggio privato, ascensore, distributore automatico e l'area comune, tutto perfetto. il letto era comodo e la posizione ottima, vicino a un mercato e a un negozio cinese.

doccia un pò troppo piccola, mancanza di fornelli per cuocere la pasta e l'assenza di acqua potabile in frigo.

Struttura pulitissima, personale molto disponibile. Si trova all’interno di un bel parco

Mancanza di indicazioni chiare su dove entrare, ma è bastato chiamare il proprietario e in un minuto ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni.
