Breakfast was good overall, although we didn't get the chance to try some of the items. The egg omelet was especially delicious and served hot. Unfortunately, we were not able to try the nasi lemak because the rice had run out, but the sambal was tasty, and the fresh cucumber, peanuts, and anchovies complemented it well. The oranges were also very sweet and refreshing. The hotel has a great location, and the view from our room was lovely. We would definitely prefer to stay in the same room again on our next visit. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and had no unpleasant odour. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Conveniently located, with a 7-Eleven cafe and 99 Speedmart nearby for all your essentials, plus a shopping mall within walking distance. We would be happy to stay again and would especially appreciate having the same room on our next visit.

However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The Wi-Fi and TV channels were unavailable during our stay due to maintenance, which was a little disappointing. Regarding the breakfast buffet, there appeared to be only three staff members working during a busy period between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. As a result, several food items were not replenished promptly, and guests had to wait approximately 10–15 minutes for a table. The nasi lemak rice was unavailable when I went to get some, and the baked potatoes were also not topped up. In addition, the boiled eggs and baked beans were served cold. It would be better if these items were kept warm, perhaps by using food warmers or a heating source beneath the serving trays, as guests generally expect hot food during breakfast. The hotel may also want to consider a better solution for accommodating the larger number of guests during weekend breakfast service. One other point worth noting is the parking situation in Malacca on Sundays. We were not aware that parking payment was required and unfortunately received a parking summons. Thankfully, we quickly downloaded the relevant app and only had to pay RM10 instead of RM30. It would be helpful if the hotel could remind guests about the Sunday parking requirements upon check-in. Despite these issues, we appreciated the friendly service, comfortable room, and excellent location.

WiFi not working at all,while checking out no water as well in the Hotel. Cannot use the Lift , the buttons are very sensitive unless you have the trick to use it

Nos cambiaron de hotel por problemas con el agua . Nos llevaron a un hotel espectacular en todos los sentidos.
