Location n the swimming pool

The unit n location is good.. owner/ managemnt is screwed. No tissue, shower foam until we complaint n they sent next day. Water heater issue, no dustbin in bathrooms, tv cannot operate, wifi the worst, no extra even 1 pillow, mattress or blanket given. no proper blanket provided in one of the room. Curtains not enough to cover the windows.. no complimentary coffee/tea/sugar given. Not hygiene, ants everywhere.. want to clean, NO broom n mop provided 😢 Its a disasterous 4 nights stay in this unit..

- near to beach - large pool with water slides - easy access to elevator - fast check in process - toilet clean

- aircond in master bedroom leaking&water dripping as soon as we switch on. - hence, one of the room can't be occupied. - no ceiling fans both room - NO BLANKET/COMFORTER provided. Only provide thin bedsheet as a blanket - The bedsheet, the pillows also terrible. Thin bedsheet they even didn't put the bedsheet nicely - kitchen overall is good except the plates&bowls. PLEASE CHANGE it/buy new one. - toilet in master bedroom also leaking and water heater not functioning - the couch in the living room is too old - POOR wifi connection. If you're inside the room, the internet will be disconnected
