No breakfast included.There is a kitchen in the room however everything is poorly outdated and has rats nothing was satisfactory I left to a better hotel and was not offered a refund or any compensation also the facility is false advertising nothing like the advertised images

Everything was poor the sofa was not a sofa it was a foam child like gaming sofa that collapse when wait is applied the bed was very hard low to floor and only sheet was provided false advertising nothing is what it seems.

improve the check-in process, which took longer than expected.

The location is great, close to shops and public transport. The view is amazing. The staff and manager in charge are very eager to help and was open to listening to complaints. They did everything they could to improve the situation.

The room did not resemble the pictures. There were three pictures on the site of the room, but it was not the full picture. The furniture was old, the walls were pealing, there was no toilet seat and there were bugs in the shower. When I complained about the unit, I was upgraded to a better suite, but this was for the last 2 nights. There was a bad smell in both units.
