Spalding Town Centre Private Apartment

I was in Spalding for a wedding. The apartment was perfect..A few minutes walk from the town centre, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything I needed.

Luxury apartment with everything you need to hand

Arron was very helpful as we had to check in late. He made it convenient to pick up the keys, and we got in without any issues. The property was not just clean, it was immaculate! Arron and his partner put in plenty of time into getting the flat ready for us. We appreciate it Arron! Flat was of very good size, everything was new/modernized, absolutely zero complaints. Bed was comfortable, had an excellent nights sleep (despite the fact that I'm an insomniac). On high street, but very quiet at night. Tip for future guests: For parking, you may park opposite at Asycoffee gardens, like 2 min walk away, or find parking nearby.

The location was great and the apartment was well equipped

The TV was a Smart TV with only apps? I couldn’t get BBC live or the tennis. An easy chair and a hair dryer would have been nice.

Excellent presentation of property, well equipped, with everything to hand, and high-spec. Conveniently positioned in town centre, near car park, shops and restaurants.

There was nothing not to like. The property suited our needs superbly.

The apartment had everything we needed. Its in a great location within 5 minutes walk to the river and town yet lovely and quiet. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely apartment, with all you would need, eg iron, extra pillows etc. Kitchen was great with all the necessities. Lovely touch providing tea and coffee. Toiletries also provided. Nice little town to mooch around too.

Parking is tricky in the day time. You have to park down the road but really it isn't a problem, we brought the car up to the apartment to load and unload. It was a 2 minute walk to where we had parked when parking restrictions applied in the town. Bathroom light foxed us the first day as it works on a sensor!
