Exclusive Downtown Quentin Residence by Prestige Homes

The apartment is very clean, spacious and located in a historical building with lovely features. The metro is literally on your doorstep and it was nice and quiet. The tram.is across the road. We availed of the airport taxi which was very handy. The neighborhood is downtown with nearby grocery shops. A very convenient base.

A few minor things. The wifi signal is poor but I figured out that if you rebooted the router that would help. The bathroom door handle was broken on arrival. But the most frustrating thing which may not bother others was the bedding. The beds are very comfortable but there are tiny very thin quilt like duvets. We were cold when the heating turned off. A proper duvet would've been lovely. Also there is no lighting on the stairway but we used our phones.

Unfortunately, nothing

Starting from the cleanness of the house (everywhere, especially near beds big lumps of dust and hairs). All furniture either broken and cheaply fixed or just broken. Pay attention to the door looks, they are extremely tired, but the householder wants to squeeze out all the profits. Have to say that material of decoration , doors, really cheap. I was surprised when I found broken bed’s wall in the very back room (absolute trash). WiFi is slow, water from the tap smells bad. Not going to recommend to anyone.

The location and the easy access to the public transportation. The furnishing and the decoration of the apartment.

The maintenance of the apartment. One of the bathroom doors had no handle and a big cut in the wood, there was a lot of dust everywhere ( on the floors, on the lamps, on the windows), there were not enough towels for 8 people, the cleaning was not done when we arrived, despite having informed about our arrival that was late in the afternoon, and the poor cleaning lady got anxious to get everything done. The remote controls for the air conditions did not have batteries, we had to buy some, as well as toilet paper. When we attempted to make an omelet we found that the frying pan was black full of scratches. It would also be helpful to provide a coffee maker machine. In my understanding this is not an “exclusive” residence.

Große Wohnung und sehr ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr runter gekommen und dreckig. Sie ist eisig kalt und es gibt nur zwei kleine elektrische Heizungen, die kaum wäre abgeben. Es liegen Haare und Staub der letzten Mieter auf dem Boden. Klopapier war nicht vorhanden und wurde nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und Zusagen von „Bryan“ nicht geliefert. Boiler für Warmwasser muss man selbst an machen. Die Steckdosen im Bad sind nicht fest und hängen lebensgefährlich raus. Auf der Klimaanlage liegt ein benutztes Taschentuch. An einem Bilderrahmen klebt ein benutztes Pflaster

La ubicación , amplitud y comodidad para alojar a 5 huéspedes.

Limpieza regular , armarios con polvo y debajo de las camas no han limpiado jamás!!!. Pregunté expresamente antes de la llegada por una Cafetera y me aseguraron que había en el alojamiento ,en concreto Bryan me confirmó que era tipo Italiana . Pero esa cafetera no existió jamás. La reclamamos por activa y por pasiva , y ni pudieron/ quisieron gestionar nuestra petición. Es increible que no exista una cafetera hoy en dia en cualquier alojamiento vacacional que se preste. Pero mas increible es que empresas potentes en el sector No gestionen satisfactoriamente una incidencia tan sencilla , proporcionándo de inmediato dicha petición. Tuvieron buenas palabras para conformarnos por las molestias causadas pero realmente pasaron olimpicamente del tema y no estuvieron a la altura. En Amazon por 20 euros la hubieramos tenido en el apartamento si realmente tuvueran proposito de solucionar las molestias que nos causaron. Lamentable gestión y por eso muestro mi decepción y malestar con una baja valotación!!. Las sábanas inexistentes. Solo nórdico fino, para el mes de noviembre.Pasamos frío. Toallas pequeñas y excasas. Mala calidad. Pasadas.

Apartment was very nice. Clean and very modern. Very spacious Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a few going on a little trip. 10 minute walk to metro station. Few nice cafes and restaurants along the way.

Had to wait until 3pm for check in even though check outs were at 10am. We had requested early check in a couple of times due to traveling all night but it wasn’t given. Would have definitely paid for it but they were having none of it. This option should be taken into consideration especially if people are willing to pay for it.
