"Nice, comfortable apartmen, superb facilities for a family, terrible lift"

The facilities in the 6th floor are cool- there are 2 pools, kids playground, kids pool, gym, working room, chill zone. The most anoying thing in the building was the lift. Although the place was busy during Hari Raya, we were waiting 10-20 minutues for the lift almost every time. When leaving, we had to take our lugges, baby and a baby carriage from the 23th floor by emergency exit walking. We were waiting for the lift for ages and when it finally come, it was full.
