The staff was extremely helpful, we landed around 5am and had previously announced our arrival early... They allowed us to enter the room when we landed and we are very grateful for that. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to everything. We are very satisfied

The location and view was great. TV channels.. And several arabic ones.

Room without fridge. Bed is not comfortable and the hotel finished the breakfast one hour earlier becoz of a conference. Although they informed us one night before.. But due to late arrival.. Family members missed the breakfast. The room is old and kids bed was broken.
