Khách sạn thiết kế bởi Kiến trúc sư Võ Trọng Nghĩa. Công trình nhỏ nhắn, xinh xắn, không gian sang trọng và khá tinh tế, ăn sáng tại khách sạn khá đa dạng, thực đơn phong phú, món bánh cuộn croissant nên thử vì rất ngon, khoai tây và bí đỏ bỏ lò ngon, các món ăn nấu vừa vặn. Bar tầng thượng không gian thoáng, cảnh đẹp.Khách sạn giá thành khá cao có lẽ do mình chỉ đặt trước gần 1 tuần.

Je vous écris afin d’exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant les conditions de mon départ de votre hôtel. Malgré le fait que je vous ai clairement informés que j’avais un vol imminent et que j’étais déjà en retard, vous avez insisté pour me retenir du temps et de l’argent pour une bouteille d’eau laissée dans le réfrigérateur ainsi qu’un léger retard au check-out. À cause de cette situation et de votre manque de compréhension, j’ai malheureusement raté mon vol, ce qui m’a causé un préjudice important (stress, frais supplémentaires et perte de temps). Je tiens à préciser que votre attitude a directement contribué à ce problème, et je trouve cela totalement inacceptable de la part d’un établissement hôtelier. Je vous demande donc de prendre cette réclamation au sérieux et d’en assumer la responsabilité.

The location

Pillows were very uncomfortable and the external noise from bars and construction made it impossible to sleep change rooms and the noise of the construction was even worse till 2 am in the morning. The coffee facilities at breakfast only had one machine and it wasn’t always working.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very good and perfectly located across from the white sandy beach. Hotel was perfect

Hotelkonzept sehr schön. Begrünte Fassade.

Beim check-in etwas lustlose Behandlung. Staff stets bemüht. Mitarbeiter bitte immer motiviert halten. Kein nachlassen an der Sauberkeit auch in den kleinsten Ecken.

Die Lage war toll, das Personal freundlich das Zimmer war sauber.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross, jedoch war die Brotauswahl sehr klein. Mehrheitlich asiatisches Essen.

Loved the roof top pool our room and the views were amazing and the hotel as a whole was lovely,.

sadly the moment we arrived we encountered the rudest person on the whole of our trip, the receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude and miserable. After checking in with Mrs rude we went up to the roof top bar to be greeted with not may I help you but the kitchens closed, we didn’t want food just a drink.. ok the bars open till 1130.. fine.. Had a beer asked for another which they gave me but informed me they are closing now( it was 1030 ) they immediately stated stacking up chairs around us..not the best first impression . The next day we thought we’ll give the food a try in the rooftop bar, we ordered a drink and some food it was lovely until three members of staff thought may be rather than listening to the back ground music , a floor polisher and large industrial hoover would be more fitting. After complaining to the bar man I was first told they had to do it because the big boss said, I asked to see the big boss he didn’t come up and the machines were tuned of. So our food arrived my wife’s was fine I took one bite and my kebabs were cold. They were sent back and 10 mins later returned…. Still cold..we left… This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our month long trip.. very disappointing

Unique style of hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff

The breakfast was a bit overrated, food was not warm enough. Bar was okay, drinks were not that special
