GBThe terrace is a very nice place to sit, and the bedroom is really comfortable. Super pleasant host. Pretty convenient location with a few nearby cafes and an easy walk to the train station and bus stops. A good Carrefour supermarket about 15 mins walk.
Shower floods so gave up. The kitchen extractor blew the electrics. The very large living room feels a bit under furnished and has a tiny TV which accentuates the slightly odd feel. Lighting could be improved - mostly very harsh bulbs, and some missing. Quite dark inside during the day.
ITGBOmar was an excellent host. He explained everything nicely and even provided me with things I forgot. He was always responsive and was of great help to me throughout my stay. I will be visiting again, and I'll definitely be staying at MA Studio.

They did not allow to checkin late but still accepted my reservation and charged me a full amount as no show fee. When I arrived at the location and called, they did not pick up the call. There were no instructions to checkin by myself. So be sure as there is no late checkin and you will be looted if you try that.

ATL'appartement est bien agencé et doit pouvoir être fort agréable, surtout le patio/terrasse, quand le temps est meilleur. Le parking est aussi très utile et le quartier pratique avec une voiture.
MAIS pour l'instant c'est dommage le lieu n'est pas fonctionnel et beaucoup de choses manquent (téléviseurs sans connection, évier et lavabo bouchés, pas de cafetière, ustensiles de cuisine insuffisant, pommeau de douche manquant, pas de produits d'entretien, luminaires déficients, cuisinière à gaz ne marche pas, bouilloire, télécommandes) ou sont mêlés cassées (vitre de la baie vitrée de la chambre cassée + mauvaise étanchéité = courants d'airs + grosse infiltration d'eau quand il pleut) Une remise à niveau et des réparations seraient nécessaires. Il n'est même besoin de travaux pour fournir au moins les produits de base pour le nettoyage, savon, torchons, éponges, sacs poubelles... Ce message envoyé à l'agence immobilière est resté sans réponses.

ROGreat locationd and spacious apartment, the agent waited me 1,5 hour to hand me the keys personally... I recommend it more than any Riad in city center
No shampoo or soap or bags fo the throw the garbage had to buy it all form outside
MAOmar was so duper nice. I liked the place so cozy.
