Great location!

No hot water and not aircon. A bit dirty too.

The position is next to Punta de Zicatela, surrounded by nice bars and restaurants

The facility itself, is dirty and the spaces were not as described on the page. We also had water leaking in our room the night of the 31st

Position is on the main road of Brisas de Zicatela surrounded by bars, clubs and restaurants.. with all the pros and cons

The lady at the reception very not always helpful (probably tired of the volumes of tourists that come to Zicatela, and I can understand that). We arrived at 6 pm and room was not ready yet. Our room was tiny, with no kind of closet or hangers, you don't know where to put your stuff. Rooms door close just lean to the wall, there are no handles and you have to lock it with a small locker. Worst thing is that there are no windows nor in the room neither in the bathroom but the walls above are partially open, so the lights and a lot of noise come in during the nights. The room was just in front of the common area (a small circular room) and the hostel property had the bad idea to place a big table in the middle of it,which has a distance of 1 meter maximum from the rooms. So at night it's incredibly noisy because all the guests (sometimes drunk) coming back from parties stop and sit at the table to talk loudly in the middle of the night. The night guardian itself sits at that table talking on the phone. They should remove that table, it's a non sense. Also, you can hear the noise from the bar close to the hostel. Note: no hot water (this is common in Zicatela). Not recommended unless you just want to party and have very low expectations.

Not a place to get to know people, poor commune areas, so is nice if you want to chill by yourself, and the wifi was just okay, but not really fast to watch series etc

Hot to sleep with fan, receptionist not friendly, outside bathroom with mosquitoes, not super sociable

The location is incredible, especially the price for the area. Bed was comfortable

It didn’t feel particularly clean, there were worms on the ceiling of our room that left trails which would then drop onto our bed. The kitchen bin was always full and full of flies

The best part about the place is the location. It’s perfect. If you want to be close to the beach and the main area this is a great location.

The AC only worked a few hours during my 24 hour stay. The power was out most of the time. There was no window curtain. People could see through. No hot water.
