Location, clean place , and supportive staff

There was no AC in the property. The team was not prepared to receive us. The room booked was not ready on arrival and was offered a different one. The next day, we were upgraded to a family suite, but the fan was not working, and because of no AC, it turned out to be a hell of an experience. Finally, at midnight at 4 a.m., we shifted to a different room.

They didn't look at booking.com reservation and told us there was no room available when we reached my worst experience ever.

Not worth the money.

The breakfast was very delicious even thought they dint have a buffet due to less rooms being booked. But they made it up with the breakfast and stunning view of the valley from the breakfast area. the staff were well attentive to every need of ours and they also paid attention to every little detail. I will definitely be visiting again..

The stairs... that's it... But that's hardly anything..

I liked the place and villa.

Didn't like the swimming. The water was dirty and was not able to swim there. I request the team to clean the water.
