Excellent location and a very well maintained property. Clean rooms and bathroom. Coffee and tea machine was a bonus.

Room size is a bit small for 4 people. Layout of the closet in the bathroom is very obstructive for entry and exit. Could provide towels by default. Too many street dogs howling and barking at night disturbing sleep.

The room and washrooms were clean. The common sitting area is decent. The property is centrally located which makes it easier to commute within the city.

The RULES. Apparently the neighbours weren't particularly happy that a bunch of youngsters, travellers, and passionate people are interacting with each other. The common area is open and thus could create nuisance for the neighbours but that is to be figured out by the owners, the guests do not deserve to be shouted at by some random old uncle. At sharp 12am the caretaker would switch off the lights & fans of the common area (following the orders), you can't go out as his sleep would get disturbed to open the gate. So you are compelled to go in your allotted room and sleep... I mean I have less rules at my parents house. It seemed more like school hostel and less like a hostel for adult travellers and professionals.
