The air conditioning was on when we arrived, the host was nice and the location was quiet.

The building was in a state of degradation, although the apartment was in a good state. The furniture was a bit dated and degraded.

TV was not working. A microwave would be a great to have.

Really nice apartament, clean, with modern finishes. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast butters/jams that were provided in the fridge.

When we arrived, the apartment was cold, and we were left with no instructions on how to use the thermostat. The host knew when we were arriving an hour prior, and the outside temperature was 2° C, so we would have appreciated if the apartament would have been heated by when we got there. We eventually figured out the thermostat without needing to contact the host (she lives in the same building) . Another small thing was the bathtub faucet, which took about 10 minutes to figure out how to use it. Again, some clear printed instructions, or just a quick demonstration at our arrival, would have saved me the time spent to try to get the shower open and running hot water. Overall, I can't say I was dissatisfied, just that it could have been slightly better.
