Boracay Summer Palace Hotel

Room was spacious, location was good and silent, staff was accommodating, pool was clean, room was clean and there were no any insects.

I like the pool and ambiance of the hotel, quiet and comfortable, I like the bathroom

Location, it's not easy to find, and the shore, the passage there, I think more security, and lights in the night, it's quite scary to walk alone in the passage shortcut in the shore in station 2.

I like how clean and friendly the staff members are! The pool is very nicee and the view at the veranda is breathtaking ♡

The toilet keeps on clogging and some of the power outlets were not working

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The beds were also quite comfortable. The breakfast offerings were simple, yet satisfactory. The walk to the White Beach was exactly 5 minutes. From there all the restaurants we chose were 2-5 minutes away walking. The bath towels and beach towels were of excellent quality. Upon request a small team came and THOROUGHLY cleaned our room, yet, if not requested we were not bothered by daily maid service. My wife, son and in-laws enjoyed floating in the pool. I myself enjoyed a daily 10 K walk on the beach, at the shoreline, at first light. We met many kind, interesting strangers from the US and Europe on the beach. The wide, varied, interesting and satisfying selection of places to eat, all conveniently close, is the best aspect of Boracay. Very complete meals for 5 adults averaged P4-5000 with tip. The Philippine serving staff at all were quite pleasant (no complaints).

The hotel pool and look and feel is very nice and elegant. Staff was very nice and offer some options for tour when we asked for it. Location is good, very quiet since is walking distance from White Beach Station 2 but not right in front, however notice that you will need to walk through lonely-non paved roads (there are some guards along the way so you feel safe, but still no).

The price did not match at all the expectation of our room (no windows and no private balcony as stated in the description of our booking). Breakfast was very basic (they did not had milk for the coffee or fresh juices). It is better to go to white beach where there is a lot of nice restaurants. We booked a private boat with the hotel but the "captains" were not very informative about the activities

This hotel is scamming. I paid cash at the cash desk, first they asked me to cancel my reservation at Booking and then tried to get payment from my card!
