Charm Casa Fabiale

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut und alles sauber. Vor der Tür ein hübscher gepflegter Garten. Es gab bei Schlüsselübergabe eine kleine Einweisung und es war für Fragen immer jemand erreichbar. Einer kleiner Supermarkt ums Eck und die Stadt ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Charm Casa Fabiale is a beautiful place. The house is quiet, calm, and spacious, with privacy, with a great location, with easy access. The villa comprises of two houses – you get the right-hand side entirely for yourself. There is a maintained garden in front of the villa and a small patio, where you can have coffee in the morning. The backyard is tiled (there is a garage underneath). The living room / kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (kitchenware, audio/video, WIFI). There are three bed rooms (double bed, single bed, single bed) located on the first floor -- each with a balcony. What we liked most: it’s a 5 minute walk down to the lake beach / Garda corniche, you get full privacy, there is A/C in the bedrooms, there is a parking lot in front of the gate (though you cannot park inside), there is a small supermarket nearby (Dpiù Supermercato). I give 10 out of 10 points for privacy, location and space. I will definitely return if I have a chance to come back. I fully recommend and yes the villa has its charm.

Room for improvement: trash is dumped on a weekly basis and you have to observe the communal calendar (in Italian). Please provide instructions in plain English. Otherwise you and up like us with two trash bins nowhere to dump… There is a garage underneath the backyard that supposedly belongs to the house – we were a bit surprised that somebody enters / leaves the garage at 1 AM. Please just give your guests a heads-up that the garage is in use. Also somebody would park his motorbike by the garage – this little bit invades your privacy. Also it would be nice to have an extension cord with EU sockets in each bed room, because the Italian sockets are somewhat different.
