Reception staff. Not friendly

L'ambiance intérieure de l'hôtel était vraiment superbe et relaxante. La chambre très cosy et tout l'hôtel flambant neuf.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel se trouvait un peu excentré de la ville.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the foyer lounge was great to relax in and have a hot drink. The location was quiet.

The wifi unfortunately in our room was slow to non-existent. This caused much frustration when trying to book sightseeing and read confirmation emails. Good wifi would have meant an excellent review. Also, it was tricky in the room to boil the jug for a hot drink as we could only find one power point that the cord reached safely and it was between the beds. We decided to have hot drinks in the lounge instead. Perhaps something could be worked out with the fridge plug?

Amazing stay!

La salle à manger est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner varié. je n'ai mangé qu'une seule fois c'était bon.

La chambre pour trois est exiguë trop petite . Pas de placards ni de place pour ouvrir les valises. On peut difficilement de croiser.

Everything about this hotel is just great, the staff even send us a message about a lost item on our room, wich they kindly send to our next location/hotel. Great service, thanks again!
