Villa il Gelsomino

La posizione della struttura anche se un po' scomoda per via della stradina per raggiungerla e la mancanza di illuminazione ma valeva la pena, immersa nella natura e ci siamo svegliati con un panorama mozzafiato. I bagni sono ben fatti e puliti

Le stanze erano fredde, il wifi non arrivava al terzo piano e il segnale mobile era assente quindi siamo stati senza connessione e la mancanza dei comfort di base come la tv che non era presente in nessuna delle due stanze

Siamo stati per due giorni in questa bella struttura per raggiungere Lucca nei giorni del Lucca comics, la posizione a questo proposito era molto comoda, in macchina dopo 15 minuti arrivavamo a Lucca senza problemi, siamo stati molto bene e lo staff ha saputo risolvere in maniera eccellente alcuni imprevisti avuti nei due giorni in cui siamo stati. La struttura in sé è molto bella e accogliente, le camere pulite e ordinate. L'unico motivo per il quale non ho dato il punteggio pieno è che internet non prende, dovrete quindi collegarvi al wi-fi presente in struttura, io personalmente avendo avuto problemi a collegarmi ho chiesto aiuto allo staff che ha saputo risolvere in pochi minuti il problema. Comunque un soggiorno eccellente!!

Amazing place.

Lack of furnitures, no breakfast.

It was quaint and had a great pool/ garden.

There was no Wi-Fi info and we found it difficult to contact the location once there to get info. There was no one on site. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms and I was there for work. The cups and glasses were in a different location to the kitchen and the Wi-Fi meant we had problems asking where everything was. When we did we didn’t get a reply. There were NO bins. Not in the kitchen or bathroom. We were very confused. There were no towels and this was specified in the description. We were given 1 toilet roll for three days for just two of us. They didn’t change our sheets or towels.

Beautiful old villa with amazing views to Tuscany hills. It's super calm and quiet and perfect for relaxing in nature. The room was very clean with a recently renovated bathroom. It was such a great experience chilling by the pool with the view to the villa and the mountains!

It would have been nice to receive some towels as the room didn't have any.
